ExploreThe full programme drops closer to the date, by email, to everyone who has secured their spot. Here's a taste of what's coming.
HIIT, strength, breathwork and outdoor runs built into the rhythm of each day, for all fitness levels. Coached sessions that push without breaking you, and recover you properly.
Lace up and run past ancient walls, through souks waking up for the day. The kind of run you'll talk about long after the DOMS fades.
A local guide. No tourist traps. The Marrakech that locals actually know. Hidden riads, mountain trails and everything in between.
Moroccan food at its best. Tagines, fresh bread, mint tea, flavours you'll be chasing when you get back. Fuel that also happens to be soul food.
The Atlas Mountains. Wide open sky. The kind of silence that resets something in you. We'll get you there.
20 guests. All different. All here for the same thing. Multicultural, movement-obsessed, curious about the world. The connections you make here don't stay in Morocco.
Moroccan roots. London hustle. A coaching team that shows up.
Founder
This idea started over dinner, after training, somewhere between a conversation and a challenge: why not now?
I have spent a decade training consistently (mostly for fun) while building a career at the crossroads of finance and technology. Moroccan-born and a citizen of several countries: Morocco, France, Japan, Australia, UK. I have always lived wide. Organised to a fault. Obsessed with doing things well. An A-student who eventually got restless following someone else's path.
Fit the Kasbah is the convergence of everything I am: love for movement, love for food, love for Morocco, and a deep belief that the best way to know a country is through the people who actually live there. The retreat is my way of sharing all of it.
Reece started out as a mechanical product engineer. He left to do something that mattered more to him: helping people move better, perform better, and understand their bodies. Today he is a full-time performance coach and accomplished obstacle course racing athlete. The kind of coach who builds programmes with real precision and has the personal results to back everything he teaches.
On the retreat, Reece leads the training sessions and brings structure where it counts, without it feeling like a chore.
Meryem built her career in 5-star hospitality before leaving it all to become an athlete. She now supervises one of Casablanca's top CrossFit gyms and competes at a high level, bringing the same standards from one world into the other.
On the retreat, she is your coach on the ground. Someone who knows this country from the inside, pushes you through your sessions, and makes sure you experience Morocco the way it deserves.
The retreat programme keeps you busy, but if you want to explore further, both Kasbah Beldi and the nearby Beldi Country Club have a range of optional extras we can help you book during your free time.
Kasbah Beldi sits just outside Marrakech, in the kind of setting that makes you forget you were ever in a city. Traditional Moroccan architecture, open space and the warmth that only a place built with real care can give you.
A large outdoor space where the sessions happen each morning. Shared areas where the group gathers in the evenings. Rooms that are quiet in the way Morocco at night can be quiet.
It sets the tone for everything.
Traditional architecture, open air and the kind of atmosphere you can only find here.
A large outdoor training space and everything needed to run the full programme.
From rooftops to running routes, from souks at sunrise to dinners under open skies.
